Deepak Parashar runs things here at Hno Rz35R over in New Roshan Pura. Najafgarh can be a pretty busy place, especially with all the traffic and people moving around New Delhi 43. This is more of a local operation than anything else. We call ourselves Jobstalk Consultancy, mostly because talking about jobs is exactly what happens here all day long. The office is right there in the neighborhood, so it feels more like a community spot than a stiff business environment. We have been in this part of Delhi for a bit, and you get to know the faces. It’s not about being the biggest name in the city. We just wanted a place where someone could come in and talk about their work situation without feeling like they are in a high-pressure interview. The walls are plain, and the desks are usually covered in some notes or folders. New Roshan Pura is where we live and work, so we keep things real. If the fan is making noise or the street is loud outside, that is just how it is. We try to help people figure out their next step in their career. It’s practical work. No one here wears a suit unless they absolutely have to for a meeting elsewhere. We’re just here on the ground, trying to make things move for the people who walk through that door in Najafgarh. It’s a lot of phone calls and typing, but we stay busy.
