Jobs India is located in Rajiv Nagar, Gurgaon. It’s a busy neighborhood and we’re right in the middle of it. Gurgaon is a place where everything is moving so fast, but we keep things a bit more down-to-earth in our office. We don't have those shiny corporate offices you see in the Cyber City area. We are just a local spot where people can come to find work. It’s mostly about connecting laborers and office staff with places that need them. We spend a lot of time on our mobile phones calling around. The traffic in Rajiv Nagar can be a headache, but people still find their way to us. We have a small room with a couple of chairs for people to wait. We don't do any of that fancy branding. We just know the local market and who is looking for help. It’s a bit cramped when it gets busy, but we manage. We’ve been helping people in this part of Gurgaon for a while now. It’s just about being there when someone needs a job. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the area well. We stay open late sometimes if there’s a lot of paperwork. It’s just a normal day at a normal local business. Most folks appreciate that we don't talk like a big company and just give them the facts about what work is available.
