Itc Ltd is located at D 68 in Panchsheel Enclave, and you can usually find Pradeep Bhasin here handling the day-to-day things. Being in New Delhi 17 gives us a good base to work from. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular building on a busy street. Inside, there are a few rooms filled with the usual stuff like desks, chairs, and stacks of paper that never seem to get smaller. A long time has passed since we first moved to this location, so we are well-settled into the neighborhood now. People around here know us, and we know them. It’s a very practical environment for getting things done. Spending time on things like decorating or trying to look professional for visitors just isn't our style. Instead, the focus stays on the actual work. Some days the phones don't stop ringing, while other days it is quiet enough to hear the birds outside. Taking things as they come is how we manage. Fame isn't something we are after. Keeping our heads down and staying busy works best for us. Even the tea guy who comes by twice a day has become part of the routine. We have been doing it this way for years. It's a simple setup for a business that prefers to stay out of the spotlight and just do the job.
