Infinity Expo

Our office is located at A5/16 on the ground floor in DLF City, Phase-1. It’s a quiet enough spot when we aren't in the middle of a big project. We focus on putting together exhibitions and trade fairs, which sounds more exciting than it actually is most days. A lot of it is just sitting around planning floor layouts and calling up vendors to see if they have enough tables or if the carpet is going to be the right color. We’re a small group, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. One day we might be doing paperwork, and the next we’re at a venue hauling boxes. Being on the ground floor in Phase-1 makes it easy when we have to load up the car with supplies. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just try to make sure that the events we organize actually work for the people who pay for a stall. It involves a lot of checking and re-checking lists. Things often go wrong at the last minute, like a power outlet not working or a sign being printed wrong, and we just have to fix it. We’ve been doing this for a few years and have learned to just take the problems as they come. It’s a lot of hard work and not much sleep during the week of a show, but that’s just the nature of the business.
