Inductis

This branch of Inductis is located at D813 in the Jalvayu Towers over in Sector 56, Gurgaon 122001. Being in a large residential tower like Jalvayu means we are surrounded by a lot of families and people going about their daily lives. Our office is just one of the apartments in the block. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is busy or under maintenance, but it’s a good spot to work from. We have a simple setup with a few tables and all our computer equipment. It’s not a polished corporate office with glass partitions or a fancy lobby. It feels more like a home where work happens to get done every day. We can hear the sounds of the colony outside—kids playing in the park or people talking near the gates—which is actually quite nice compared to a silent office building. Most of our day is spent looking at screens and managing various tasks. We don't have a big staff here, so everyone knows everyone quite well. We don't go in for big mission statements or motivational posters on the wall. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and try to stay organized. Sector 56 is a convenient place to be because the markets are close by for anything we need. It’s a very practical, no-nonsense way of running things. We like the community feel of the towers and just getting through the to-do list.
