Inductis

We are based at D4 13 on the Sf Exclusive Floors in DLF Phase 5, Gurgaon 122002. It’s a pretty decent area to be in, even though it can get quite busy around here with all the development. Inductis is essentially run out of this space. It’s more like a residential floor that we’ve set up for our work. We don't have those massive signs you see on the big corporate towers that are all over Gurgaon. We prefer it this way because it’s a bit quieter and feels more private for the team. The rooms are set up with simple desks and chairs. We spend the bulk of our day on laptops, handling data and talking to people on the phone. Gurgaon has a certain fast pace to it, and we definitely feel that energy here. But inside our office, we try to keep things relaxed and easygoing. There’s no strict dress code or formal meetings for no reason at all. We just get together, figure out what needs to be done for the day, and do it. Sometimes the power goes out, but we have back-ups to keep us going so we don't lose work. The neighborhood is nice for a quick walk during lunch, though we usually just eat at our desks. It’s a straightforward environment where the focus is just on the daily grind and nothing else. No fancy coffee machines, just us and the work.
