We are based out of Rosewood City on Sohna Road in Gurgaon. Being a subsidiary of Exl Service, Inductis has its own little corner here. It isn't one of those massive corporate parks; it's more of a residential-style setting that we’ve adapted for our needs. Sohna Road is usually packed with cars and construction, so getting here in the morning can be a bit of a headache. Once you’re inside Rosewood City, things calm down a little bit. Our office is functional and a bit plain, to be honest. We have the necessary desks, chairs, and computers, but we haven't spent much time on interior design. It’s a working office, not a gallery. We spend our days dealing with data and spreadsheets, and the environment reflects that. There’s usually a bit of clutter, some half-empty water bottles, and a lot of tangled wires under the desks. It’s a real place where real work happens. We don't use a lot of big words to describe ourselves. We are just Inductis, a subsidiary of Exl Service, located in a house in Gurgaon. Most of the people here have been around for a while, so we know each other's habits and quirks. It’s not a fancy corporate life, but it’s our daily reality and we just get on with it.
