Inductis India Pvt Ltd is based at W2C 115 in Wellington Estate, which is part of DLF Phase 5 in Gurgaon. Wellington Estate is mostly residential, so our office has a bit of a different feel compared to the big commercial blocks. It’s a bit quieter, which is nice when you’re trying to concentrate. The office itself is fairly basic. We haven't spent a lot of money on fancy furniture or art for the walls. We have what we need to get the job done, and that’s about it. It’s a small space, so we all know each other pretty well. There’s no real hierarchy when it comes to who makes the tea or who answers the phone. We all just pitch in. The view from the window is mostly other buildings and some trees, which isn't bad. We’ve been here for a while and have settled into a comfortable routine. It’s the kind of place where you can wear your regular clothes and not worry about looking too corporate. We don't have any big slogans or motivational posters. We just show up, do the work that needs doing, and then lock up for the day. It’s a straightforward, honest kind of workplace. It’s not fancy, but it works for us and the small team we have here. We enjoy the local vibe.
