Our place, Inductis India Pvt Ltd, is at 1226 01 in Dayanand Colony. We are right near the fire station on New Railway Road in Gurgaon. It’s a very busy part of the city, and you can always hear the traffic and the sirens from the fire station next door. It’s not the quietest place to work, but you get used to the noise after a few days. The office is located in a pretty old building, so it has some character, even if the stairs are a bit narrow. We don't have a big sign out front, so you really have to look for the number. Inside, it’s just a standard workspace. We’ve got computers lined up and some filing cabinets that have seen better days. It feels very local and very real. We don’t have those fancy open-plan offices you see on TV. It’s more like a series of rooms where everyone has their own little spot. We get our lunch from the shops down the street because there are plenty of options around here. It’s a bit of a gritty area, but it has a lot of energy. We just keep our heads down and do our work. No one here is trying to be a corporate superstar; we’re just people earning a living in a busy part of Gurgaon. It is what it is.
