You can find Inductis India Pvt Ltd over at D6 2, Ground Floor, in the Exclusive Floors area of DLF Phase V. Gurgaon can be a bit of a maze, but Phase V is one of the more organized parts. Our office is right there on the ground floor, which makes it easy to pop out for a quick break. The "Exclusive Floors" name sounds a bit more grand than it actually is; to us, it’s just where we spend our ten hours a day. The office is functional and maybe a little bit boring to look at, but it’s where we get things done. We have the usual office stuff—desks, chairs, some old printers that sometimes work. The air conditioning is usually blasting because Gurgaon gets so hot. We don’t really do big meetings with fancy slides. Most of the time, we’re just chatting over our monitors. The parking around here can be a real pain in the neck, so most of us try to get in early. It’s not a flashy lifestyle or a high-pressure corporate den. It’s just a bunch of people who have been working together for a while. We know each other’s habits and how everyone likes their tea. It’s a very steady, predictable place to be, and that suits us just fine. We enjoy the local area.
