Our office for Inductis India Private Limited, which is an EXL company, is located at U 14 28 in DLF Phase Iii, Gurgaon. Being in Phase III means it’s always busy around here. There are people moving around at all hours. Our building is one of those typical ones you see in this part of Haryana. It’s not a huge skyscraper, just a regular place where we show up every morning. We’ve got our setup on the floor and it stays pretty active. Since we are part of EXL, there’s a lot of work flowing through, but we try to keep the atmosphere in this specific office pretty low-key. We don't have those massive signs or flashy lights. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of desks and people on their headsets or typing away. The lunchroom is where we usually hang out and complain about the traffic on the way in. It’s a bit tight in some areas because we have a lot of files and equipment, but we manage. You get used to the sounds of the construction nearby, which never seems to stop in Gurgaon. We just focus on what’s in front of us. It’s a practical workspace for a team that has a lot to do. We don't have a mission statement on the wall; we just have a lot of work on our screens. It's nothing special but it works.
