You can find us at Wapiti Enclave, which is part of the AFCCTS area on Sohna Road in Gurgaon. Being in Gurgaon means we are surrounded by tall buildings and a lot of traffic. The enclave itself is a bit of a refuge from the main road madness. Our office is at P-7-2, and it is a fairly standard space for the Indian Air Force personnel based here. We have the usual setup: desks, computers, and a lot of shelves for all the documents we have to keep track of. The air conditioning is a lifesaver during the Haryana summers, though it can be a bit loud sometimes. We do not really have any fancy decorations on the walls. It is a very functional environment where the focus is on the day’s agenda. We usually see the same faces every day, and we have gotten to know the security guards at the gate quite well. Lunch often involves someone going out to grab rolls or parathas from the stalls nearby. It is a busy place, but we try to keep things organized. There is always something to do, whether it is coordinating logistics or filling out reports. We do not make a big fuss about being here. It is just where we report for duty every morning. The space is a bit cramped when everyone is in at once, but we make it work. It is just a typical Gurgaon workspace with a specific military focus.
