We are based out of House No 61 along Arjunmarg in DLF Phase 1. If you know Gurgaon, you know this part of town is always moving. It’s where we do our daily work, mostly focused on the local property market across Haryana. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we handle the usual paperwork and talk to folks who drop by. There are a few of us here who have lived in this area for a long time. We’ve seen how much the city has changed over the years, with new high-rises appearing where there used to be nothing but empty lots. Our day usually starts early with a lot of phone calls. We spend a good chunk of our time out on the road, checking on different plots or meeting people at their sites. It’s a lot of driving, but that is how it goes in this business. We don't use a lot of fancy talk or big promises. Usually, someone comes in looking for a specific kind of house or maybe a bit of land for a shop, and we see what we can find in our records. Sometimes things move fast and other times it’s a slow process with the registries. We just try to stay honest about what is available. It’s a small operation here at Arjunmarg, but it keeps us on our toes every single day, trying to help people find a place to stay.
