In Poland

The name on the door says In Poland but we are actually located right here in Pin 122001. It is a bit confusing to some people who call us up, but that is just the name we have on the records. The office is pretty standard for this part of the city. We spend a lot of time talking about salaries and hiring because that seems to be a big part of what happens in this building every day. It says salary negotiable on our papers because everything is open for discussion here depending on who we are talking to. We are not a big corporate setup with glass walls and suit-and-tie rules. It is more of a shirt and trousers kind of place where everyone knows each other. Most of the staff comes in from the nearby areas and we usually eat lunch together in the back room. The weather here is either really dusty or really rainy, there is no in-between most of the year. We have a few desks and some computers that have seen better days but still work fine. The phone rings a lot and we just answer it and try to help with whatever is needed. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when we have too many people coming in at once, but we manage. There is no big secret to how we work. We just show up, do the jobs that need doing, and head home.
