Imindz Knowledge Systems

We are located at K-47 in South City-1, very close to the Huda City Metro Station in Gurgaon. Being so near the metro means there is always a lot of foot traffic and noise outside. Imindz Knowledge Systems is based in a house that we converted into an office. It has a lived-in feel to it. We deal with a lot of data and computer systems. Most of our days are spent staring at screens or talking about how to fix technical problems. We have cables running along the floors and stacks of manuals on the desks. It’s not a sleek tech office like you see in movies. It’s a place where real work happens. We get a lot of students and working professionals coming by because the metro is so close. They find it easy to drop in. We don't have a big HR department or a PR team. It’s just a small group of us who know our stuff. We drink a lot of tea and work through the tasks on our list. South City-1 is a busy part of Gurgaon, and we like being in the middle of it. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator, but that’s just part of being here. We focus on the systems and making sure the knowledge is passed on correctly. There is a lot to keep track of, but we manage it one day at a time. It’s not always easy, but it keeps our minds sharp and we like the challenge of finding solutions.
