We operate out of room 509 in the Janpratinidhi Apartments, located in Sector 28 of Gurgaon. It’s an apartment building, so it’s not your typical commercial office space. This works for us because it keeps things feeling a bit more personal and less like a factory. Rohit Chaudhary is the one who keeps things organized here. The space is filled with the usual stuff you’d expect—desks, a few filing cabinets, and some chairs that have seen better days. Gurgaon is always growing and changing, but our little corner in Sector 28 stays pretty much the same. We have a routine that we stick to. Most days involve a lot of reading, writing, and making sure all the details are correct. We don’t have a big team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. It’s not a place where you’ll find people in suits and ties. We’re more about getting the job done than looking a certain way. Sometimes the lifts in the building are slow, so we take the stairs if we’re in a hurry. The view from the window is just other buildings and the street below. It’s a very normal, everyday setting. We aren’t trying to change the world with a flashy image. We just want to do our work properly and stay on top of our various projects. That’s the long and short of it. We keep things pretty simple.
