Our office is located at H No 5 in Sector 5, Part III of Gurgaon. It’s actually a house that we’ve converted into a working space for Idc India. This gives it a much more relaxed feel than those big glass buildings you see over in Cyber City. We have different rooms for different tasks, and the kitchen is usually the central hub where everyone meets up for a break. Working in Haryana, especially in a sector like this, means we get a bit more space and it’s not quite as frantic. We have a small yard out front where we can step out if we need a minute of quiet. The team is quite small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. One day you might be filing papers, and the next you’re helping with a big project. We don’t have a lot of rules about how things should look as long as the work is accurate and finished on time. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep things quiet. It’s a practical way to run a business without all the overhead of a fancy commercial park. We’ve been here for a few years and it suits us perfectly. We just want to get through our to-do list and make sure our clients are taken care of. It’s a simple, honest way to spend the workday without any unnecessary drama or complication.
