Idbi Bank Kanpur

This branch is tucked away in Oakwood Estate, over in DLF Phase 2 in Gurgaon. It’s a bit of a funny spot for a place called Idbi Bank Kanpur, but that’s just how it is. We spend our days here in the office handling whatever comes across the desk. The area around here is quite modern compared to other parts of town. We see a lot of people who live nearby in the apartments. It’s a quiet enough place most of the time, though the phones ring plenty. We don’t have a massive lobby, just enough room for people to wait their turn. Most of us have been working here for a while now. We know which machines are a bit temperamental. It’s not the kind of place that looks like a movie set. It’s a working office. We have our files, our computers, and our desks. We drink a lot of tea to stay awake during the slow afternoons. People come in for all sorts of reasons, mostly just regular money stuff. We try to get through the day without too many hiccups. Sometimes the internet slows down, and we just have to wait it out. It’s a regular job in a regular part of Gurgaon. We are just here to do the work and help out the people who walk through our doors at C 14. We aren't doing anything groundbreaking, just the everyday banking work that keeps things ticking along for the folks in this estate, one transaction at a time.
