You can find us on the second floor of building 849 in Sector 17/A. Gurgaon is a busy city, and this sector has plenty of activity. Icon Power Solutions Private Limited is the name on the door, but inside, it's just us working on power system stuff. We’ve got a lot of technical manuals and gear sitting around the office. It isn't a showroom; it's more of a place where we solve problems and figure out technical specs. The lighting is okay, and we have enough space for everyone to have their own desk without bumping into each other too much. We get a lot of phone calls during the day, so it stays pretty lively. Most of us have been in this industry for years, so we don't need a lot of direction. We just get on with it. Sometimes the power goes out, which is ironic given what we do, but we have backups for that. The local market is just a short walk away if we need a break. It's a decent place to work. We aren't interested in fancy marketing talk. We just focus on the hardware and the clients who need help with their setups. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of office where we just get things done. We don't worry too much about the small stuff as long as the work is right.
