Out in Gurgaon, you can find us in Rajiv Nagar, specifically in Sector 13. Gurgaon has grown so much over the years, but this area still feels like it belongs to the older part of the city. It’s a bit different from the shiny skyscrapers you see in the newer sectors. The streets here can be quite busy and a bit dusty, which is just how things are around here. Our office at Icici is a simple place where we come to work every morning. We don’t have any of those fancy amenities you might find in a big corporate park. It’s just a basic building with some desks and the usual equipment we need to do our jobs. The staff here are mostly local people who understand the way things work in this part of Haryana. We spend a lot of our time just managing the files and talking to folks who come in from the nearby shops and houses. The power sometimes goes out, but we have our backups and just keep moving along. It’s a very down-to-earth environment. We don't try to impress anyone with the decor; we just focus on getting the work done. The heat in the summer is pretty intense, so we are always glad for the air conditioning when it’s running properly. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people doing their best to keep things running.
