Our Ibm office is located in Gurgaon, India. This city has grown so much lately that it's sometimes hard to recognize the streets from a few years ago. We are just one of the many businesses that call this place home. Our setup here is pretty basic. We don't spend a lot of time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. Instead, we focus on the work that needs to be finished by the end of the day. Gurgaon can be a tough place to work sometimes, with the power cuts and the intense summer sun, but we have our routine down. We aren't into that corporate culture where everyone uses buzzwords. We just talk like normal people. If a job is hard, we say it's hard. If it's done, it's done. Our team is a mix of locals and people who moved here for work. We all just want to do a good job and go home to our families. The traffic in Gurgaon is something we talk about a lot, mostly because it's always a challenge. But being here in India gives us a lot of opportunities. We don't have a fancy address to show off, just the city name. It is a practical, no-nonsense environment. We keep our heads down and stay busy with the tasks at hand. It is a real place with real people working hard every single day. We just try to get it right.
