Our little setup is located at P 3 43 in DLF Phase II, Gurgaon. If you know this area, you know it’s a mix of homes and small businesses all jumbled together. We’ve been operating Ibm from this spot for several years now. It’s a convenient location because it’s close enough to the main roads but tucked back enough that we don’t get all the dust and noise. The office itself is just a few rooms on the ground floor. We have a small area where we keep our files and another where the computers are set up. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we manage just fine. We don't go in for fancy glass walls or expensive coffee machines. Usually, we just make a pot of tea in the back or someone walks down the street to get some snacks. The people who work here are local folks from around Haryana. We talk about regular stuff like the weather or the cricket scores while we do our tasks. It’s a very low-key environment. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just know what we need to do each morning and we get to it. Sometimes the rain makes the street a bit messy, but that’s just part of living in Gurgaon. We’re just a small crew doing our daily work at P 3 43.
