Our setup at Ibm is pretty modest, located at Plot 58 in Sector 5, Gurgaon. We are right near the Mother Dairy, which is a landmark everyone in the area knows. The office is part of Sudha Singh’s property, so it feels a lot more personal than a big commercial building. We have a few rooms dedicated to our work, filled with the usual mix of desks, spinning chairs, and piles of paperwork. Sector 5 is a decent place to be, and it’s relatively calm compared to the rest of Gurgaon’s madness. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood throughout the day, like children playing or the occasional car horn. We don't have any fancy glass walls or high-tech security systems. It’s just a regular door with a simple lock. Inside, we keep things pretty casual. There’s usually a box of snacks on the main table and someone is always looking for a pen that actually works. We don't spend money on expensive decor or marketing materials. Our focus is just on the work we have to finish by the end of the day. The furniture is a bit older and doesn’t really match, but it’s comfortable enough for us. It’s a very grounded, practical environment. We just show up, do our jobs, and enjoy being in a spot that feels like part of a real community. It's a simple life for us here in Gurgaon.
