You can find us in the Housing Board Colony near Jharsa Road in Sector 31. Gurgaon is a busy place and this sector is no exception with all the cars and bikes. Our building at 1679 A is pretty plain and that is how we like it. We have been working here under the Ibm India Pvt Ltd name for quite some time now. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs if you are not used to it but once you are inside it is just a regular office with desks and chairs. We do not do anything fancy or have expensive decor. Most of the day is spent handling data and talking to other teams across the country. The area outside is always full of people moving around so it never feels lonely during the shift. We have a small corner for files and a few plants that someone forgets to water sometimes. It is a real place with real people working hard. We are not big on corporate talk or long meetings that go nowhere. We just sit down, do the work, and try to get things right the first time. The weather in Haryana gets really hot in the summer so the air conditioner is usually running at full blast. It is a noisy machine but we definitely need it to stay productive. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the day's requirements.
