Hr Recruitment is based in Sector 31 of Gurgaon. It is a busy spot and we are right in the middle of all the action. Gurgaon is a place where everything moves fast, and we try to keep up with that. We just have a few desks and some phones. I spend a lot of time just chatting with candidates to see what they are actually like, rather than just reading what is on their paper. Sector 31 is a good location because it is easy for people to find us. We work with all sorts of businesses, from small shops to bigger offices. We don't try to be anything we are not. We are just a local recruitment service that helps people find jobs in the city. It is practical work and it can be quite satisfying when a placement works out well for everyone. We just keep things moving and try to stay organized among all the paperwork. That is basically our daily life here in this office.
