We set up shop here at Garden Estate on M G Road a while back. It’s a busy spot in Gurgaon, but our office in Tg 2B 21 is where we handle the daily grind of HR work. Usually, it's just us looking through files or talking to people about job stuff. We aren't a big fancy operation. People walk in, we talk about what's needed for their business or their job search, and we get on with it. Sometimes the traffic on M G Road makes getting here a bit of a pain, but we've been here long enough that everyone knows the building. It’s mostly just sorting through paperwork and making sure the right people end up in the right spots. We don’t do big presentations. If you come by, you’ll likely see some stacks of papers and a few desks. It's a regular working space where we try to figure out the mess that can come with managing people. Most days are quiet, just focusing on the tasks at hand. We've seen a lot of changes in Gurgaon since we started, but we just keep doing what we do from this little corner of the estate. It's not glamorous, but it keeps us busy. We mostly deal with local folks and small companies who just need a hand with their hiring or staff issues without all the extra noise. We usually grab tea from the stall downstairs around 4 PM, which is a nice break from the filing cabinets and computer screens. It is a simple life.
