Holtec is located over at 179A Anukampa in Abhay Khand IV. If you know Ghaziabad, you know this area can get pretty busy with all the residential blocks and small shops around. We have been in this spot for a while now. It’s not a massive corporate building, just a regular place where we get our work done every day. we usually start early before the traffic really picks up on the main roads. The address is pretty easy to find once you get into Abhay Khand. Most of our neighbors are other small businesses or families. It feels like a community here. We don't spend much time on decorating the place; we mostly just focus on the projects we have on our desks. There’s always a bit of dust in the air from the construction nearby, but that’s just how it is in this part of Ghaziabad. We handle a lot of different things throughout the week. Sometimes it’s quiet, and other times the phones won't stop ringing. We just take it as it comes. We’ve got a few people working here who have been with us since the start. It’s a simple setup. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist in a suit. You just walk in and talk to whoever is available. It works for us and for the people we deal with. We keep our coffee machine running and our heads down. It’s just how we operate. There is always a lot to finish by Friday.
