Holtec Consulting Pvt Ltd is on the 1st Floor at 2628 DLF 4, which is right near the Galleria in Gurgaon. This is a pretty popular spot, so there’s always people walking around and plenty of activity. Our office is just a simple floor in the building. We’ve been here for a while, and the routine is pretty set. We get in, check the messages, and start on the consulting work. Being near Galleria is handy because we can just walk over for lunch or to grab something we need. The office is mostly open plan, so there’s a lot of chatter between desks. It’s not the kind of place where everyone sits in silence. We discuss things, figure out the next steps for our projects, and deal with whatever issues pop up. The furniture is a bit older, and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it doesn't really matter for the kind of work we do. We care more about the results than how the office looks. The traffic around here can be pretty bad in the evenings, so we sometimes stay a bit later to let it clear out. It's just a normal, hardworking environment. We don't have any big corporate slogans on the walls; we just have our calendars and to-do lists. It’s a straightforward way to run a consulting business. We’re just here doing our jobs day in and day out.
