This location is a bit unusual compared to our other spots. We are right opposite the police station in Deolapar. It’s in the Ramtek Tahsil of Nagpur district. Being in a post-town like Deolapar means things are a lot quieter than in Nagpur city. The air is better here, though. Our office is a simple building that serves the local area and the projects around Maharashtra. We don't have high-speed elevators or a cafeteria. It’s just a few rooms with tables and some storage for our equipment. Holtec Consulting operates here to be closer to certain sites. The police station across the street is a good landmark for people trying to find us. Sometimes we see the local buses go by, and that’s about as exciting as the traffic gets. We work on various consulting projects, often involving a lot of site visits. The staff here is used to the rural setting. We take our breaks outside when the weather is nice. It’s a very practical, down-to-earth environment. No one wears suits or ties here. We wear what’s comfortable for the heat. It’s a small team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from fixing the fan to filing the papers. It’s a modest setup but it serves its purpose for the work we do in this part of the country. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done each day. It's a quiet life here.
