Holtec Consulting Private Limited is based at 8 Cassia Marg in DLF Phase 2. Gurgaon has a lot of fancy spots, and while Phase 2 is nice, our office is pretty grounded. We’ve been at this address for a good while, and it’s a comfortable place to work. It’s not a sterile office environment where everyone wears ties and talks in code. We wear what we want and talk like regular people. We have a lot of files and computers, and the coffee machine is probably the most used thing in the building. Our team is a mix of people who have been here forever and some newer faces. We don't spend money on big ads or trying to look more important than we are. We just take the work that comes in and try to handle it as best as we can. Sometimes we make mistakes, but we fix them and move on. That’s just how it goes when you’re actually doing things instead of just talking about them. The trees along Cassia Marg make it a nice walk to the office in the morning. We like being part of this area and seeing the familiar faces of other people working nearby. It’s a simple, honest business and we’re happy to keep it that way without all the corporate nonsense. It’s a bit of a quiet life here on Cassia Marg, but we like the pace and the fact that we can focus.
