We run Hi Trac Manpower Services out of a house in Gurgaon. The address is House No 806 in Ashok Vihar, specifically down Gali No 5. It is a residential neighborhood, so it feels a bit different than a standard corporate office block. You have to look for the C O A K Bhatt sign or just find the right gate on the street. Being in Gali No 5 means it is a bit quieter than the main roads, which is nice for when we are doing interviews or going through stacks of resumes. We have a few desks set up and the phones ring pretty often throughout the day. People come by looking for work or companies call us when they need staff for their projects. It is a lot of talking and coordination between different people. Sometimes the internet is slow or the heat in Haryana gets to be a bit much, but we keep the fans going and stay focused on the files. We have been in this spot for a bit and the neighbors know us. It is a simple setup without any fancy decorations or big glass windows. We just use the space we have to connect people with jobs. Most of our day is spent making calls and updating our lists. It is a local business and we like being part of the Ashok Vihar community. We don't have a big lobby, just a place where work gets done every day.
