Hewitt Associates

We are based out of Ti 303 in Gold Leaf Crescent, which is part of Valley View in Gurgaon. It’s a bit of a different vibe out here compared to the crowded parts of Delhi. The air feels a little more open, and we have a decent view of the surroundings from our unit. Hewitt Associates has been in this space for some time now. It’s a comfortable enough setup for a small group like ours. We don’t have a big reception desk or a person waiting to greet you at the door. Usually, whoever is closest to the entrance just looks up and says hello. The office has a lot of natural light, which is nice during the winter months, though it gets a bit warm in the summer. We spend our hours here looking at screens and talking through various projects. It is a quiet place for the most part, except for the occasional sound of construction happening somewhere nearby in Gurgaon. That seems to be a constant thing these days. We have our own routine, starting around nine and winding down by the evening. There are a few trees visible from the window, which makes the workspace feel a bit less like a typical office. It’s just a practical, honest place where we come to do what needs to get done.
