Hewitt Associates

We operate out of House No 1976 here in Sector 4. Gurgaon has changed a lot over the last decade, but this part of Sector 4 still feels more like a residential neighborhood than those big glass buildings you see in the city center. Hewitt Associates takes up a portion of this house. It’s got a bit of a garden out front, though we don’t always keep up with the weeding as much as we should. Parking can be a bit of a headache because the lanes are narrow, and neighbors get annoyed if you block their gates. Inside, the space feels more like a home than a corporate office. We have some old filing cabinets and a water cooler that makes a loud glugging noise every ten minutes. It’s just how things are here. Most of us have been working here for a long time now. We know the guy who sells tea at the corner. Sometimes we sit outside on the small porch when the weather is actually nice. It’s a decent place to spend the day. We don’t do anything flashy or loud. There is usually a lot of paperwork piled up on the main table near the window. We try to keep things organized but sometimes things get a bit messy during the busy months. It’s a practical setup for what we need to do. Nothing more, nothing less. It’s just our regular workplace where we get the work done.
