Hewitt Associates

Hewitt Associates is located at O 33, care of Ashok Kumar in Sriniwas Puri, New Delhi 65. It’s a bit of a modest setup we have here. We aren't in a big glass building or anything like that. Instead, we’re part of the local fabric of the neighborhood. The office is basically a couple of rooms where we handle our business every day. It’s a bit tight when we have a lot of stuff going on, but we make it work. Mr. Ashok Kumar has been helpful in getting us settled. We don't have fancy titles or a corporate hierarchy. We all just pitch in where it’s needed. Sometimes that means doing the filing, and other times it means running out to get supplies. The area is quite busy, so there’s always something to look at out the door. We don't have a mission statement on the wall; we just have a calendar and some notes tacked up. It’s a very practical way to work. We know our neighbors and they know us. Most of the time, we’re just focusing on the next task at hand. It might not be the most exciting place to work, but it’s real and it’s ours. We just keep going, trying to stay useful and keep things moving in the right direction for everyone involved.
