You can find us at D 281 in Sushant Lok Phase 1. It’s a fairly nice area of Gurgaon, though the roads can be a bit bumpy depending on the season. The office is inside a building that looks a lot like the houses around it. Inside, it’s all business, but with a casual feel. We have desks set up in a way that makes it easy to shout questions across the room instead of emailing. There’s always someone in the small kitchen area making tea or heating up their dabba. We’ve been part of Hewitt Associates at this location for some time now. The atmosphere isn't very formal. You’ll see people in jeans and some of us have plants on our desks that we forget to water. We handle our daily workload with a lot of focus, but we don't take ourselves too seriously. There is a lot of paperwork involved in what we do, so you’ll see stacks of folders here and there. In the winter, the sunlight comes through the front windows and makes it a pretty decent place to sit. We don't really have any big mission statements on the walls. We just come in, do what needs to be done for the clients, and head home to our families. It is a straightforward way to work, and it seems to suit everyone here just fine. No one is trying to impress anyone with big words or fancy office layouts. It just works for everyone.
