Hewitt Associates

We’ve been at 1416 Sector 17 C in Gurgaon for a good bit now. It’s a busy spot, mostly because of how Haryana is growing around us. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we come to get our work done every day. In the mornings, the traffic near Sector 17 can be a bit of a nightmare, so most of us try to get in early or just deal with the honking. There is a small tea stall just down the road where everyone gathers around eleven to get a break from the screens. Inside, the desks are a bit cluttered with papers and old files, but we know where everything is. It gets a little noisy when everyone is on the phone at once, but that is just how it goes here. Hewitt Associates has a few of these setups, and this one feels like a second home to some of us. We have a small pantry that usually smells like coffee or someone’s lunch from home. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but nobody really cares as long as the internet is working and the chairs are comfortable enough. We don't really do the whole big corporate thing with fancy slogans. It is just a group of people trying to keep things moving and making sure the clients get what they need without too much fuss. Sometimes we stay late when things pile up, but usually, we are out by six.
