Hewitt Associates

Hewitt Associates is set up in Gurgaon, specifically at 302 Tower 2 in the Sagavi Society, which is part of Highland Green Apts in Sector 55. It’s a bit of a mouthful of an address, but it’s home for us during the work week. Being in Haryana 122003 gives us a slightly different pace than our colleagues in Delhi. The apartment complex setting makes it feel a bit less like a traditional office, which we actually prefer. It’s quieter here, mostly. We have our desks set up in a way that makes sense for us, even if it looks a bit cluttered to an outsider. There’s no big marketing team here writing fancy scripts for us. We just go about our business and try to keep everything organized. Sometimes the elevator in the tower is slow, so we take the stairs if we’re in a hurry. We eat lunch together most days and talk about normal things, not just work. It’s an honest kind of place. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do because, at the end of the day, it's just a job. We make sure the records are right and the clients get what they need. Hewitt Associates in Sector 55 is just a regular workplace with people who care about getting things right. We keep the coffee pot full and our heads down and try to finish our work on time.
