Hewitt Associates

Hewitt Associates has this small setup over at C 3A 107A in Janakpuri. It’s tucked away in New Delhi58, and it’s been our base of operations for some time now. To be honest, it’s a pretty standard office space. We have desks, computers, and far too many coffee mugs scattered around. People often ask what it’s like working here, and usually, the answer is just that it’s busy. We don’t really have time for those glossy brochures or fancy slogans you see other places using. Instead of worrying about being flashy, we simply come in, handle the tasks on our desks, and go home to our families. The street outside can get a little noisy during the day, but you get used to it after a week or two. Our team is a mix of people who have been here forever and a few newer faces. Mostly, we focus on getting through the daily list of things to do. Sometimes the internet acts up or we run out of printer paper, which is annoying, but we manage. It’s a practical place for practical work. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to do our jobs properly. If you find yourself in this part of Delhi, that’s where you’ll find us, right there in the middle of everything. It’s a decent place to work, and we try to keep things fairly organized despite the occasional chaos of a normal office day.
