Hewitt Associates India Pvt Ltd operates out of Ms 103 San Martin Marg, right in the Bapu Dham area of Chanakyapuri. It’s a nice part of New Delhi to be in, though the pincode 110021 can be a bit confusing for delivery drivers sometimes. Our space isn't huge, but it fits us well enough. We’ve got our computers set up and enough chairs for everyone, even if one or two of them squeak when you sit down. Working here feels different than those big high-rise buildings you see in other parts of the city. It’s more grounded. We don't spend a lot of time on fancy presentations or worrying about how our desks look. Instead, we just focus on the lists of things we have to get through before the day ends. The street outside is usually busy, especially in the mornings. Sometimes we take turns going out to get snacks for the office. It’s the kind of place where everyone knows who takes their coffee with sugar and who doesn't. We’ve been part of this Chanakyapuri neighborhood for a while and we like the rhythm of it. It’s not a perfect setup, but it’s ours. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the work at hand. No one is trying to impress anyone else here; we just do our jobs and try to be helpful.
