We’ve been here at B 1 A 61 C Janak Puri for a while now. Hewitt Associates India Pvt Ltd is just the group of us working out of this spot. It isn't a fancy place with lots of glass and chrome, but we get things done. Some mornings it's a bit quiet, other times the phones won't stop ringing. Most of the people who work here live pretty close by, so we know the local shops and where to get a good tea in the afternoon. People often ask what exactly we do, and honestly, it’s a lot of paperwork and talking to clients on the computer. It isn't always glamorous work. Sometimes the printer jams or the internet goes slow, and we just deal with it as it comes. We’ve stayed in this Janak Puri location because it’s convenient for the team. There’s a sense of routine here that feels right. We don't have those big meetings that last forever. Usually, it's just a quick chat over a desk to figure things out. If you walk past our door, you might hear a bit of laughter or just the sound of typing. It’s a normal office, really. We keep to ourselves mostly but we’ve become part of the neighborhood over the years. We don't try to be something we aren't. We just show up and do the work that needs doing every day without any fuss.
