Hewitt Associate India

We are Hewitt Associate India and you can find us at 30 Gautam Nagar. It’s a decent area, quite residential but with enough going on to keep it interesting. Our office is tucked away, so it stays relatively calm compared to the main roads. We have been working out of this building for a few years. It’s a brick building, nothing special to look at. Inside, it’s mostly just us and our computers. We spend a lot of time on calls or writing things down. The air conditioner makes a weird clicking sound sometimes, but we’ve learned to tune it out. We usually eat together in the small kitchen area we set up in the back. It’s just easier that way. Gautam Nagar is a good spot because everything you need is close by. There is a small park nearby where we sometimes go for a walk if the weather isn't too hot. We don't really do big meetings or anything like that. It’s a very informal environment. We wear casual clothes most of the time. If someone comes in wearing a suit, we probably think they are in the wrong place. We focus on getting through the pile of work we have each morning. It’s a lot of routine stuff, but it needs to get done. We’re just a group of people working together in this small corner of the city. We try to leave by six every evening.
