We are based in Room No 52 in Gurgaon, Haryana. It is a small space, but it is exactly where we do all our daily work for Headstart Process Consulting Pvt Ltd. The weather here can be quite hot in the summer months, so we are always thankful when the power stays on and the fans work. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or typing away on our laptops. It is not a fancy life, but it is what we chose to do. We started this because we were good at organizing things and we just kept going. We don't have a grand mission statement or a five-year plan. We just take the work that comes in and do our best with it. People in the building know us as the ones who are always busy. We don’t use corporate lingo because it feels a bit silly. We just talk like regular people because that is who we are. Some days we stay late, other days we leave early. It’s just a practical, small setup.
