H2O Diet

H2O Diet is located in the Cross Road Complex on Nathu Road. We are quite near the Neal Kanth Hospital, so the area stays active throughout the day. Our space in the complex is where we do all our consulting and planning. It is a simple setup with a few desks and some chairs. We do not have any flashy decorations or expensive furniture. We focus on the work we do with people’s food and health. Nathu Road can be quite a busy place with a lot of traffic, but once you get inside the complex, it is a bit more manageable. We spend our time talking to people about what they eat and how they live. It is a lot of listening and writing things down. We are not part of some giant corporation; we just run this local spot. Most of our day is spent looking at charts or answering the phone. The complex has a mix of other small businesses, so we know our neighbors and say hello in the mornings. It feels like a community here. We do not use any fancy marketing language to describe what we do. We just help folks try to be a bit healthier. It is a straightforward job in a straightforward location. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up our notes, but that is just part of it. We like being near the hospital because it makes us easy to find.
