Grow Talent Co Ltd is located at H No 933 in Sector 9, Faridabad. It is a house-turned-office, which gives it a very different feel than those big buildings in the city center. We like it this way because it feels more like home. Sector 9 is a residential area mostly, so it’s a bit quieter than the main commercial hubs. We’ve got our setup inside, with desks squeezed into the rooms. We spend our time looking for people and talking about jobs. Faridabad has its own pace, and we fit right into it. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside, and you can hear them while you’re on a call. It’s just real life. We don't have a big sign or a fancy entrance. You just find the house number and walk in. We drink a lot of tea and spend hours on our laptops. It is a small team, and we all know each other well. There is no corporate ladder here, just a group of people trying to make things work. We don't use big buzzwords. We just talk to people like they are people.
