Group M

Group M is located at Flat 4, Ashok Chakra, which is on Lane 7 in Koregaon Park, Pune. Koregaon Park is a famous spot, mostly because of the trees and the nice cafes, but Lane 7 is where we actually spend our time. Our office is in a flat, which gives it a much more relaxed feel than a big office tower. It’s quiet enough that you can actually hear the birds outside sometimes. We have our desks set up in the different rooms. It’s a bit of a maze with all the cables and computers, but we know our way around. Working in Pune is nice, especially in a place like Ashok Chakra. We don't have a big corporate culture here. It’s more like a group of colleagues who have become friends over time. We share lunches and complain about the traffic on the main road. We don't use any marketing jargon or try to sound like we are changing the world. We are just handling our daily business in a residential building. It’s honest work. The flat is comfortable, though it gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time. But that’s just how it is. We like the local feel of Lane 7 and being part of the Pune community.
