Group M Media India is located at GH-9/188 in New Delhi. This is part of a residential group housing society, so it is not your usual commercial office building. GH-9 is one of those typical Delhi complexes where you have a lot of families living all around you. Our space at number 188 is just a regular flat that has been set up for work. You see kids playing in the common areas and neighbors chatting near the elevators. It makes the workday feel a lot less stiff than being in a glass box in a business park. We do not have a big reception or any corporate branding on the walls. It is just desks, chairs, and computers in a New Delhi apartment. The noise from the city is always there in the background, but the society itself is tucked away enough to keep it manageable. We do not have any HR policies that are fifty pages long or anything like that. We just come in, sit down, and get through our lists. Most of us bring our own lunch or go out to the small local market nearby to grab a bite. It is a very unpretentious place to work. We have been at this address for a while and we have gotten used to the rhythm of the society life. It is just a normal spot for normal people to do their jobs without any unnecessary corporate drama or fancy language.
