Grail Research

Grail Research is based in H 1103 at Maple Height Apartment. We are in C Block of Sushant Lok, which is a very well-known part of Gurgaon. Working from the eleventh floor gives us a decent view of the surroundings, although we are usually too busy with our research tasks to look out the window very often. It is an apartment-style office, so it has a kitchen and a bathroom just like a regular home would. This makes the long hours a bit more comfortable for everyone on the team. We have desks tucked into different rooms depending on which specific project we are working on at the time. It is not a formal setup at all. Most of us wear casual clothes and do not really worry about having a corporate look. The building has a lot of regular residents living there, so we try to keep the noise down when we are walking through the hallways or using the elevators. We have been here for a while and it is a convenient spot for most of the staff to get to. There is a lot of data entry and analysis happening throughout the day. We share the space and help each other out when someone gets stuck on a tricky task. It is a very collaborative way of working without any typical office politics. We just want to do the work.
