Our office for Gourav Transport Logistic Pvt Ltd is on Palam Road, specifically on the Palam Gurgaon Road at 13-14. It is a very busy stretch of road, so there is always a lot of dust and noise from the passing traffic. We spend most of our time in a small room that serves as our main hub. It’s got a few tables, some dusty files, and a lot of energy. We are constantly talking to people on the phone or over the radio to see where the trailers are. Gurgaon traffic can be a real headache, so we spend a lot of our day just trying to navigate that. We don’t try to look like a polished corporate office because we are right in the middle of the action. Our clothes usually have a bit of grease or dust on them by the end of the shift. It is a practical business, and we don't have time for fluff. We just want to make sure the customers get their deliveries when they expect them, or at least as close to it as possible. Sometimes we stay late when a shipment is behind schedule, just to make sure everything gets sorted out. It is a tough industry, but we have a good group of people here who know how to handle the pressure. We just take things as they come and do our best.
