Gourav Communication

Gourav Communication is located at Shop No 93 inside Sushant Vyapar Kendra, right near Gate No 3. If you walk in through that gate, we are pretty easy to spot. This market is always humming with people buying groceries or getting things fixed. I started this shop because I wanted to be my own boss. We mostly focus on mobile phone recharges, new connections, and selling basic accessories like earphones or screen protectors. The shop is quite compact, so I have to keep things organized or I can't find anything. I have a small stool behind the counter where I sit when there aren't many customers. Usually, the mornings are slow but by late afternoon, the place starts filling up with people coming from the nearby offices or homes in Sushant Lok. I do some basic phone repairs too, like changing batteries or fixing software issues if I can. It is a good community here and I know many of the other shopkeepers in the Vyapar Kendra. We often share tea in the afternoons. I don't use any fancy systems, just a simple logbook for the repairs. It is not a glamorous job but it is steady. People know they can come to Gate 3 and find me if their phone starts acting up. We just keep doing our thing every day and try to be helpful when someone walks through the door with a broken device.
