Godrej Propertie Ltd

Our office for Godrej Propertie Ltd is located at 215 Mehrauli Gurgaon Road. If you’ve ever driven down this road, you know how hectic it can get with all the traffic heading towards Gurgaon. We are right there in the middle of it. The office is a busy place, but not in a flashy way. We have maps pinned to the walls and a lot of printed sheets lying around on the desks. It’s mostly us answering phones and talking to people who are looking for a new place to live or invest in. Mehrauli is an old area with a lot of history, and you can feel that just by walking around outside. We don’t have a fancy dress code here; we just wear what’s comfortable for a long day of work. Sometimes we go out to grab some street food for lunch when we are too busy to sit down. The windows at number 215 let in a lot of the street noise, but we don’t really notice it anymore. We spend a lot of time explaining things to folks who walk in off the street. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just provide a place where people can come and find out what’s available in the area. It’s a practical, everyday kind of job that keeps us on our toes and the office is usually filled with the sound of several conversations happening all at once as people try to find the right paperwork.
